PROJECTS
One major project we collaborated with Theodo on was the creation of a 3D configurator for Decathlon, a major French sporting goods retailer. By 2026, Decathlon’s goal is for all products to be eco-designed (per the UN Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action), by committing to significant CO2 reductions. In Decathlon’s supply chain, improvements to the design process provide a significant opportunity to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. The product that Theodo built using Sketchfab’s technologies allows the user to visualize a 3D prototype, thus avoiding the environmental costs of physical production and shipping, while maintaining the ability to accurately envision products’ colors and materials.
